Basically, post an ad and participate in the discussion boards and chat, if you'd like to.

Most of the providers seem to use the boards and chat to get to know potential clients better, so we have an idea of their personality to go along with their pictures.

I believe it's best to post ads on your state/city board.  If you do not yet have a website and are considering getting one,  I highly recommend my webmaster at Outback Dezines.  He does great work and is very reasonable.  Good luck to you.  Sincerely,  Alyssa

Is to get a web site up and running, if you don't yet have one.  Then post an announcement on the TER regional board with a link to the site.  If you are brand new and have no reviews as of yet, you may, in your post, allude to the services you provide, but be careful not to be too explicit. For example, you might want to say that you speak French without a translator (meaning BBBJ), and so on.  But again, don't be too explicit.  You also can do the same on other boards like TER.  But, IMHO, TER is the best.  If you need more info, you can e-mail me.
