I believe it's best to post ads on your state/city board. If you do not yet have a website and are considering getting one, I highly recommend my webmaster at Outback Dezines. Is to get a web site up and running, if you don't yet have one. Then post an announcement on the TER regional board with a link to the site. If you are brand new and have no reviews as of yet, you may, in your post, allude to the services you provide, but be careful not to be too explicit. For example, you might want to say that you speak French without a translator (meaning BBBJ), and so on. But again, don't be too explicit. You also can do the same on other boards like TER. But, IMHO, TER is the best. If you need more info, you can e-mail me.
