Can you place two ads if your visiting two different places. I know the rules state one ad per week. Can you do two ads in tow citis/states?

The key is only one ad per 7 days on any one board, but you must actualy be visiting that area.

Thus, if you are planning a trip to NYC and then also plan to head up to Fairfield Ct in CT, you may place ads on the NY Board and tbe New England Baord.
