I know this has been asked before, but when I did a search, every post with the word 'provider' came up.

Also, my profile says I'm blond, but my color is closer to light brown...is writing a note through 'contact us' enough to get info changed?

Email admin for provider board access.  To request any changes on your profile, use the "report problem" link on your profile.

I do not believe that it is in the mods power to grant access to the restricted boards

...the provider only board, you said every post with the word 'provider' came up.  To prevent this, instead of using "all these words", use the drop down to change it to "exact phrase."  This will limit the search to "provider only" or "provider only board", or whatever phrase you're looking for.

Also, change the default 30 day search to 300 or 3000 for more results.

or rather, on the page that comes up for those denied access to it.
