Unless you have reviews, you have to pay for VIP membership. (See the thread below started by Haley Orlando). Once you have reviews, then you have  a "profile" here. Then you can contact admin and ask them to link your profile to your "hande." At that point, you can get a free limited provider VIP membership. This will allow you access to the PM system and you are able to read the juicy details  of your own reviews. With the paid VIP you can read the juicy details of all the reviews.
Until you have reviews, there is nothing that distinguishes a provider from a hobbyist as a member here. I would recommend paying for the VIP membership, for now. Eventually when you qualify for the free limited VIP, you can cancel your paid subscription (or keep it if you want full VIP access.)

You can participate in discussions on your regional discussion board and the general boards. That will help you get known. Some boards also have photo thread "theme days."

As for advertising here you can post an ad on your regional ad board once every seven days. There are some exceptions if you are touring other cities. The ad must have link to your website (but your website must have a link back to TER) or a link to your ad on an escort ad mall.

Read the self help center (top right of page under the life preserver). All the information I just mentioned above, plus much, much more can be found there. You can also read this newbie board back a dozen or so pages, and you will see many questions have already been answered. you can also use the search feature to search for specific threads that might answer more of your questions.
If you have more questions after that, feel free to come back and ask. Once you get VIP, you can also use the PM system to ask private questions to swimtrekr, the host of the newbie board, or to others.
