Let me use NYC as a counterpoint. In the Big Apple, there are several K-Girl categories with lots of choices in each group.
200-240 - standard non-GFE w/FS
240-300 - standard, pushing upscale GFE w/FS
300-400 - upscale GFE w/FS  
400-600 - upscale, very popular GFE w/FS  

Those are all K-girls, BEAUTIFUL K-girls if I may editorialize further.

And that does not include the indy K-girls who might not technically be "K-girls" but just "K indies" whose service varies from the SOP and whose fee can vary from 200-500+.

In NYC, there is plenty of other competition at the 200 end (RMP, LMP, brothel) so there is no way that the non-GFE places are low-balling others. They are just competing at that end

At those prices you should consider yourself lucky. Asian Providers here in Chicago charge at least 300 dollars and up and get it. Even the older ones in their 40's and older. Why? Because the white guys here in Chicago have such an Asian Girl Fetish they're willing to pay whatever an Asian Provider is charging. Asian Providers knowing this will offer a lousy session because they know how white guys go crazy over Asian Girls.

The ladies are routinely shuffled in and out of a city.   Building a LTR is impossible because they move around so frequently.  I believe that is mainly due to short term visa issues.  These ladies are, what I call, GFE bang and go!  You get a GFE session, but little more.  My local ladies, especially my atf, sends me emails and well wishes and otc dinners occasionally.  There is none of that with a K-girl.  

Hell, just enjoy some really top notch ladies for a good price.
