What all's involved? Is it like GFE--a term that means different things to different people? Is rimming always offered? Is it acceptable to call yourself PSE as a way of letting clients know you offer Greek (without offering certain other activities commonly seen in porn)?

PSE means different things to different people, but I don't know of any Provider who's considered GFE who charges extra for any of these items except for greek (and some don't charge extra for that). Of course, not all of them offer CIM, but the others are standard.
