Is there any way to change your primary username?

to click on Info & Policies at the top and then
submit an appropriate request - perhaps
this would be a membership inquiry?

This works much better than emails or PMs because
you get to see the result by checking the
request's status from the Account Manager.

I just sent TER an email by clicking on the 'contact us' tab in the upper right hand corner.  Give them your top 3 choices of names you would like to change to (try searching for reviews of names you may want.  That way you will know if that name has already been used).  You will get an auto-reply that lets you know your massage has been sent.  Then wait for your password to stop working one day (about a week or so).  Try logging on using your old password and your new first choice of name change.  When you are logged in you will find all of your previous posts now have your new name, and any PMs that you have sent or received will be gone.

I just e-mailed TER and asked that my original, lame, handle be changed to another handle a provider gave me.  In about 15 minutes, everything I had ever written had my new name.
