Hi!

I am new to the industry and have gotten good reviews until a couple days ago I got one bad one. The review is not accurate at all on several factors and I would like to know how to report this reviewer before it starts hurting my business. One of the issues I had was that he is saying that certain acts were discussed in emails prior to our meeting which is something I NEVER do.  Feeling very frustrated right now. Please help!

It is possible that he got you mixed up with someone else, because I know you are very careful with your emails and what you say in them.

state your case as to why you beleive it's incorrect. You may also wnat to use the "contact us" feature. You have 3 other strong reviews by veteran hobbyists, including BF500, the most prolific hobbyists of all time, so until the matter gets straightened out you'll just haveride things out. Good luck

As you'll find out as you progress in the hobby, there's lots of "old" guys who can't even remember what day it is, let alone who've  they've been with.  Consider it an occupational hazard. Maybe you shoud put an age limit on how old you want clients to be. Lol.

Or contact us link.
Be sure to include your stage name & TER number for clarity & a link to the review.   An isolated bad or even fake review should not hurt your business with TER members who are very sage.  I discount the high & low reviews & look at the average.  I expect reviews to vary some because each unique coupling is...  unique.  I don't go by numbers but as a quick guide...  if the reviews run 8-9...  that's to be expected.  If reviews swing say 6-10 like a yo-yo, then i figure a gal is moody or only good if she clicks with the client.   But a single outlier, I look to see what went wrong (or if he's justy a hard scorer or grumpy) but ultimately go with the overwhelming data.

But make your complaint to admin.  Good luck.

based on your reviews, but I might avoid you based on you complaining about a review.  That was not what I consider a bad review (not great but not Bad).  That was a classic case of we did not click and that made him more critical of the time he spent with you.  As far as the we never discussed Greek its a he said she said situation .  I read some of his and your other reviews and do not see things that would make me think he is hypocritical or a liar, nor did I see anything in your other reviews to put up a red flag.  So in my opinion I would just drop it and move on as anyone here knows about the non click type visit.  And I would remove this post.

Definately follow the advice others have given.

The only thing I have to add is that 'bad reviewers' often give themselves away in their reviews; I wouldn't call myself an expert by any means, but even I know enough to question a review that claims specific acts were discussed in e-mail, since it is so seldom done.

Even a few 'bad' reviews mixed in with numerous enthusiastic reviews makes me question the reviewer, the attitude he brought to the session, whether he had realistic expectations, etc., rather than worry about the provider.

Getting a bad review from a questionable reviewer won't cost you any discerning business.
