Hi All,  
 
I wanted to post a photo I have saved on my cell phone to my ad. I have pics on my website but wanted to ad a teaser on ad board. It asks for a pic URL and http://...  
 
Does this mean I must have the photo saved on a website in order to post? And how would I do that?  
 
I really appreciate technology and at the same time, it frustrates me! Thanks for your input!

https://imageshack.com to host my images. (paid subscription is better, and I keep my files private).  

once you upload your images there you copy the link and that's what you post on here.

and I think you got what they were saying. You must link to a photo that is stored on some other site. TER doesn't let you upload photos (or any files that I'm aware of) to their site.
