If you have and that didn't produce any results, go contact Administration directly and explain that you tried the "Report.." link and got no response.
Keep being a squeaky wheel, and eventually you'll get some attention.
...the "Report a Problem" dept. Check your Account Manager for the status of your Problem Report. It will either be Approved, Unapproved or Contact Support. If it's "Contact Support", that means it's too complicated for the Report a Problem dept. and you have to report it to Administration.
I have a acct since 2004. I been a vip on and off. I in the try to update my profile w/new location ,phone # and the link to a old website. and havent had not been able even when a vip member
