I posted a review Monday evening and I see it in my reviews but not on the providers list of reviews. Have I done something wrong?  It's now Wednesday.

Is what is stated by TER. It has only been 48 hours so far. Sometimes they post much faster, but you should be patient for at least the 72 hours. Since you know how to find it in your reviews, look what it says under status. It will say "new," "approved," or "unapproved." if it says new, then they are still reviewing it. When it says approved it will show up in the provider's profile and also on the "new reviews" for your city. If it says "unapproved" then they should give you a reason, and you will be able to edit and resubmit. I'm assuming yours is in the "new" stage snd you just need to be patient.

If you don't find anything in your Feedback or Inbox, use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of every page and ask TER what the status of your review is.
