If you have VIP and read reviews, you shouldn't have those issues. There are a few things that sometimes cost more, like Greek, but if you have done your research you should already know that going in.

Typically the gal would collect the $200 or whatever and then say something like:  OK, that's the agencies money to get me here, but if you want anything extra, that's going to cost you.

If you do your homework and find good gals and/or agencies, you won't have that sad experience.

Now, if you want to buy more time, or get something that she doesn't normally do (greek being the most common menu item for that), that will probably be more $.

upsells happen all the time.  If you are diligent in your research, you can keep that happening to a minimum.  We have got to research the ladies as much as they have to screen us.

Paying at the beginning with a well reviewed provider will make her feel more comfortable.
