Traveling for business over labor day, I tried to set something up with a provider. Seemed ok at first, I actually spoke to her and then texted a bit back and forth. set up an outcall to my hotel for an hour later. when the time came for the appointment (plus a generous buffer cause I'm not a moron) she wasn't around so I texted. she responded but started giving me the run around, after about 3 or 4 messages, she just stopped replying and then no show.

If there was no meet, you can't post a review.  You can post on your regional board about it, would suggest you not mention her name.  Just tell the guys to PM you for more information.
