Secondly, when you pay for an hour, is sex guaranteed? I mean, I get that the "rules" say not to talk about services, etc. etc. on the phone but how the heck do I know if I'm getting a $400 handjob, blowjob or expensive conversation? If all I really want is to see a pretty woman and spend some time plowing her like a snow day, how can I be sure it's what I'm getting?

Try using the self help center in bold red letters on the main page of the newb board. Also for slang and terms try the link below. Don't get hung up on all the terms like gfe or pse. These and others are way over used.  Best to read the details of the reviews and look for things you desire like cof, cob, greek, russian etc. By the way when reading reviews click on the reviewers name to see his experience.
