I've already contacted customer support 2 days ago and still no reply. Do I need to contact ccbill?

contacting ccbill.  I don't know the turn-around time for submitting payment and activation, so I'd ask admin.

It might have failed for some reason...  or been hung up by your card issuer as possibly fraudlent.

My VIP upgrade has always been instant when I paid for it . If it's been two days you should contact ccbill
