The first is she is not as advertised. IMO, that leaves you little obligation.
The other issue about services depends on her advertisement. However, for BBBJ, even if she advertises GFE (a useless term), this is on you. Unless there is other mitigating info. In a case like this, or a "lack of chemistry" something is owed, IMO, but there are too many variables to suggest.
The basic rule of thumb; The more she mislead you, the less you owe. The more it is your opinion of a "lack of chemistry" the more you owe.
So you get to a location and meet the girl and either she's not the one in the pics and she gained a lot of weight or you just aren't satsified with her looks, vibe, menu etc after the initial 5 to 10 min "grace" period or let's say she already gotten naked or started to go down on you but you just can't get it up and wanna leave. Bottom line how long do you have to make a decision on whether or not to leave a session early without having to pay the girl or should you give her a little something for her time even if it's not the full donation for taking her time up and possibly missing other clients. i.e. If she charges $100 for the half but doesn't do BBBJ and so you wanna leave but have been there for ten minutes should you give her $20 or just leave?

Once you enter the room and the door is closed, you are pretty much obligated to pay even if you do not wish to consummate the transaction for the reasons your had stated. If you have trepidations about your "date" then do not even go into the room, although sometimes it is just a wiser move to pay up and to chalk a bad encounter up to experience and then choose more wisely the next times.
Are you effing kidding me? $20 after 5-10 mins of "grace period"? What grace period? If the girl is not what you had visually expected, it should not take more than a few seconds to make up your mind! This kind of mentality is going to get you into some major problems at some point down the road. DON'T DO IT!
I agree. It shouldn't take you more than a few seconds to decide if you want to continue based upon looks. If you come in, and she smells, has trashed the room, speaks in a way that you don't care for, etc., then you have another minute to make that decision. Once you get past the pleasantries, you are pretty much committed. If she starts to upsell, you can leave then.
sure what "well-reviewed" means, do a search for these words.
When the door closes, you have agreed that she is the lady you intended to see and unless the place is a dump or she reeks of bad odors, pay up and enjoy.
If you arrive to the location and the lady is not the one in the pics make a u-turn and get out of there. You do not even have to enter the room to figure this one out.As far as what she offers you would have an idea if you are going with a well-reviewed provider because you have already read her reviews.
In my opinion,it does not take 5-10min to figure out if you want to stay or not keep in mind the lady has set aside time for your appointment so more than $20 compensation should be expected if you decide to not go through with the appointment.I don't know what you mean by "grace period"there is no grace period.
If you invest in VIP,read the reviews, contact a lady that offers what you are looking you should not have these issues you described in your post.
so once the transaction takes place the "Ho's don't give refunds" pretty much applies. There might be a very few minutes before the action starts, when you can bail... SHE's not going to be happy as she could have booked a full rate customer during this time... but you could drop a $20 for gas money & get out before she can vent on your heritage.
If the LADY decides to terminate she might do well to offer a partial refund but few do.
YES, stick to well reviewed providers & I've not found this to be an issue.

Who ever told you there is a 5 to 10 minute "grace period" is making up fairy tails. When she opens the door if it's not the girl in the pictures just turn around and leave. You don't owe her anything. If the pictures are old and don't represent the way she looks now then turn around and leave, you owe her nothing. If, however, either of these things happen and you decide to go ahead with the session anyway you owe her for the session in full. If it's really going down hill you can always try to negotiate a "buy-out" for a lesser amount but don't expect her to be to happy with the idea.
I'm not outing anyone here. Holden Caulfield has been "outed" on the internet for years.
Holden Caulfield got cold feet at the very beginning of his session with Sunny but even he, a first-timer newbie, knew to pay her anyway because he knew it was HE who was backing out of the deal, not Sunny. He thought he was paying her in full (New York City outcall, 1949: $5!) but there was a misunderstanding over the amount due. Sunny's friend Maurice came back later to clarify the issue ... emphatically.
The lesson is: Holden Caulfield should have joined TER and read Sunny's VIP reviews before agreeing to meet her.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
