I am a los angeles provider with a bunch of older reviews on ter but they my two old numbers and a old email...does anyone know if I can update it or does someone else have to?

Go to account manager to get to your profile.  Then submit a problem report with the new numbers and email and explanation.  That should do it.

Then tell them the updated information.

That usually settles it.

this when their rates change, they change contact info, web site, etc.
