The informaiton is easy to find with some searches. If you don't want a paper trail, then trustcash is the way to go. Very simple according to people who have done it and reported here. You get an accoutn number form TER, and Names of banks in your area. You go to the bank, hand over the cash and the account number and go home. Most os the time, by the time you get home, you have VIP membership.
