After you're sober, you should read the Self-Help files. Use the "Search" button to search the Newbie board for "posting ads" or something like that. I'll try to help here, but I'm not an expert on ads. I think you can only post a TER Ad on the Local Boards (not Newbie, not General, etc.), in your case, the LV Board. If you link to a personal web site, it must have a TER logo someplace. If you link to a mall ad (Backpage, Eros) then I don't think it needs a TER logo

Go to the ad board tab, then select Las Vegas. Write out your ad, if you're visiting, make sure to put your visiting dates, if not then just a title on the subject line..... Make sure to link your TER profile & pic & website
