It's been years since i've been with a different woman. If I'm with the same woman for a long time I can last longer. My concern here is that it will take me a bit of time to get back in the swing of things being with someone else- bottom line I don't see how I won't lose my junk very fast - kinda like being a born-again virgin- anyhow has any actual done or used soemthing that worked -other than getting drunk that is - i'm not a big drinker-

is there a way to work with the provider on this - as long as there is time in the session which in this case there would be - if I can control the amount of action I'm more likely not to feel like a 16yr old the first few times back at this - thanks

Of course the easiest thing to do is to *ahem* take care of yourself right before the encounter.  My variation on this is to avoid doing this for a while so you can pop early on and then be ready for a second go before your time is up.

The professional bit of advice it to spend hours (yes hours) masturbating.  Just when you're about to cross the line of no return, back off, cool down, start over, and repeat.  If you practice doing this for a while, your stamina should not be a problem.

I have always had a problem with premature ejaculation, and even as I have aged to a point where I am not as hard as when I was younger, I still cum way too fast. I used to take Darvocet occasionally for back pain. Then after 30 years or so, Darvocet was taken off the market by the FDA. My doc prescribed Tramadol (generic) or Ultram (brand) and I got an Rx filled. The Tramadol did not work well for pain, so I went online to look it up and found that it delays ejaculation. In fact, there are some test trials being done to use it for premature ejaculation.

The directions said to take 1 or 2 50mg pills as needed. I have found that 1.5 work well for me. I have tried 1 also. I have not tried 2 as I do not want to get high or have a possible bad effect especially when enjoying the companionship of a provider. It does not make me feel bad, and I have no problem driving as you need to take it 2 hours before your appointment. It still feels great when I cum even on the drug.

When I have my physical next month, I will ask my doc for another Rx for my back pain. wink wink

The journey can be as much fun as the destination. If you get to your first destination earlier than you expected, then enjoy the journey to the next destination.

It is all about being attentive to the signs of approaching the point of no return, then stepping back and going forward again.

Doing this will allow you to experience orgasms without ejaculation.  The orgasms consist of the release of endorphins in your brain which produces a wonderful high.

I can now go through about six such cycles over the course of 15-20 minutes of sex, and it is wonderful.

Most gals seem to like it also, though I've read posts from some gals who don't like men to do this as it wears them out a bit.

Go to your Doctor and get a perscription for Cialis. Immeadiatly after #1, take the pill, you'll be ready in 30-minutes for # 2, stronger and longer lasting than ever. At least that's been my experiance.

Don't even think of buying that knock-off bootleg rubbish on-line or in radio ads.

Hope that helps. You can thank me later.

If anything, I have the opposite problem. When I started seeing escorts, it took me a while to get the hang of cumming soon enough in a one hour appointment.

For me, no doubt it's partly physical, but it's always been the mental aspect that makes the real difference. When I was younger, I had to train myself to pull back from the edge in order to last longer. I got so good at it that it's all I can do now to let myself go past the edge when I need to. It calls for mental discipline, and trying to learn along the way how your own responses work. Practice makes perfect.

You should search TER's Erotic Highway board for a wealth of past discussion on this kind of topic.

The muscles in the lower stomach, in particular, connect to the muscle bundle that connects to the base of your penis and anus. The muscle bundle is easy to ignore, but if you want to last long and deliver strong ejaculations, don't ignore it.
