Unclear from you post which side of the game you are on, but....  If you are worried about someone collecting your DNA, make sure you don't shed any skin cells, hair, spit, feces, semen, or fingernail clippings and you will be fine.  I would suggest wearing a tyvek isolation suit with a full face mask (very kinky).

maybe golf or stamp collecting would suit you better. Stop worrying, if you've been reading up on the hobby than you would know that "well" reviewed providers do not black mail clients by taping sessions. Well reviewed providers are businesswomen, how many business people do you know who tape meetings?

I can understand the paranoia to a certain extent with all those crazy Zumba people, but in general most providers want nothing from you after you leave. If she has nothing going for her in life or anything to lose, sure....she might want to try and get something from you by resorting to such tactics, but not the majority of us. I don't know about anyone else, but if I were caught on tape with some john, my entire future is gone. I would never risk that for a few bucks.

I think you are being overly paranoid.  Unlike on CSI, DNA checking is time-consuming and costly, so it's not likely you would need to worry about that, unless as also mentioned, you kill the provider.  There have been similar threads from others who also seem to be way too worried about being caught have been posted many times.  The chance of you being taped is also very slim, as long as you stick to well-reviewed providers.  Many of them have as much or more to lose than you do, unless you are in a high profile job situation.

I'm not going to say that it never happens (the Maine Zumba case being a good example) but it's rare.  Any good escort is interested in getting and retaining good business. Blackmailing a customer means you've not only lost his business but that you will also be outed on boards like this one and lose ALL of your business. Stick with well reviewed legit providers who have a history.

By the way, a "fluids" sample doesn't prove that you PAID for anything...

It's indiscreet of her to leave condoms or wrappers in the trash as it pretty much tells housekeeping that she's providing.  I know one Gal who uses HER brown bag in the trash can which goes in a dumpster...   It's one thing for the hotel, workers, etc to suspect her, another to prove it!!  Its also not disceet for the client to see multiple wrappers in her trash.
I would not be personally worried...  most gals flush them...   Now if you leave a dead body in the room...  best not leave DNA, finger prints, security footage (most hotels have at least some exit door cameras).  

But I have an in-call and don't/won't go to hotels or private residences. I also will not allow briefcases and such in the room. If a guy places something somewhere I always move it to make sure. Some say I am paranoid, but you won't find me on some amateur porn site or youtube either.

She could be worried about a client taping the session. That is if she is visiting a hotel or a private residence. And it has happened.

I have had it questioned & have no objection to her inspection.  I also bring meal fixings, takeout, gifts sometimes...  they are given upon arrival so she will check them out, maybe put the beverages on ice.   I'm glad they care about security for both our sakes!   My things stay well away from our play area so is not an issue.
