In the past I've only done Asian massage parlors where the price is typically $60.00 and the expected tip is $140.
Here I'm seeing that reviews show just a "Price" . For 100Proof, which I plan to try, the price is $400.
My question is whether or not there is a tip expected in addition and, if so, what a typical amount is

Typically, the answer is that tips are not expected, but always appreciated.  With agency girls, a tip for lovely service is more important to them since agency girls tend to keep less of the money.

Suggest you try some real providers, there are plenty around for a lot less than $400, even if you tip them.  Quality providers do not expect tips, but as Madame Patricia said, they are always appreciated.  I don't tip, but I do bring gifts.  Do a search for 'tips' on this forum.

In AMPs you pay the mamasan a house fee, and you "tip" the girl who services you. Depending on the service 50-200 could be a standard "tip." the "tip" in an AMP is not really a tip. It is the "fee" for service.

When dealing with escorts, if it is a reputable escort, whether agency or indy, the fee or rate, or "donation" is "all inclusive." A "tip" in this case is extra, in addition to the fee. As some others said, tipping is never reqired but always appreciated. There are tons of threads on tipping on this board if you do a search. You will see some guys never tip. Some always tip. Some bring gifts but don't tip. Some tip only for service above and beyond. Some say the best tip is a repeat visit. Some will tip agency girls but not indies, figuring that a good chunk of an agency girl's fee goes to the agency. You will have to decide yourself whether you want to tip, and how much. But don't mix up AMPs with escorts. Different ball game. Different terminology.

As for 100proof, 400 is their flat rate and is all inclusive.
