Since I only get to play a few times per year, I plan way ahead, with ladies that I've been in contact with for some time, and some who I have seen before. I always plan for an extended dinner date, usually for the entire evening. With this in mind, the hourly rate is a bit lower, so I put a little something extra in the envelope.
