First, you say how you are verified, white listed, and have references on Date-Check, then you say you don't use any of that to see a provider with? What? Then, why bother having it? If you don't give her your TER handle or DC ID, how the hell does she know who you are to begin with?

I've seen 10-ish providers.  I hope my reputation is good.  I am whitelisted, and have references on Date-Check.

I communicated with a well-review provider today to setup an appt.  Called and left message.  She then replied via texts (back and forth).

She said I was good to go, and instructions to confirm 24hrs prior our appointment.

How did she verify me?  Is my cell number ( I use a pre-pay) somehow attached to my name?  or some sort of "OK" list?

My TER ID is not my name btw, nor is my date-check acct.  (duh)

so how did she verify?  was it just a matter of listening to my voice message and a gut feeling or from experience?

insights would be helpful.  if this is trade-craft, PMs would be elucidating.

thank you

If you were seeing some new lady with no history and no reviews, and she didn't screen you, then You might have something to worry about. If she is a well reviewed lady then don't worry about it. Ladies have all kinds of ways of screening, and some do screen by "gut feelings" and some don't screen at all. (yes even some well reviewed ladies that say they screen). If the latter is the case, then the risk is on her not you.

You also mention that you are TER whitelisted and Date check approved, but you don't mention if you gave her that info. If you did, then that was probably all she needed. Bottom line: screening is her business, not yours. (unless it is a new unreviewed provider), so din't sweat it, and go see her.

I did not provide my TER id or my datecheck info.  Shouldn't i be wary of ladies that dont screen

You're whining about ladies who don't screen, but you don't give them the damn info. to do so? Yea, that makes perfect sense!

Have you EVER at anytime used  it on a place that has your # or name?

I mean she could have Google you trued SPOKEO or somethin

I usually do provide (my ter id and datecheck) info for verification when filling out the initial contact webforms or per instructions of the provider.  This provider's TER ad just said to call to schedule.  I did, left a voicemail.  She replied via texrs and said i was good to go, even when i offered verification info.  This raised some red flags and i wanted to ask if my concerns were warranted.

If all you did was leave a voice mail with NO INFO. and from a burn phone, no way she could trace anything. She may just be desperate for money, but still pretty stupid not to screen. 5k in Bail is a lot more than whatever she makes per hour.
