For new members and posters, TER checks out whatever you post to make sure it is kosher, then puts it up.  The delay is usually a few hours, but in busy times, it can be longer.

Check back on whatever board you posted it on, and see if it appears.

You can check the status of the post also by going to Account Manager and clicking on "my posts".  It it is pending, the status will say "new".  It might have been rejected if it ran afoul of any of TER's policies.

For example, did you link to a website without a TER logo on it?  That would be grounds for TER to not let it run.
