A provider I talked to (yes, she is TER-reviewed) told me that the leather clothing I would like to see her wear during foreplay is pricey, so she does not own any. What are the rules of propriety about providing items (jacket, skirt, pants) for her to model? Is it a gift to her? Must it be new or are there ways for second-hand to be acceptable? These days the second hand shops have more variety - I'm not trying to be insulting to a well-loved provider.

If you want her in a certain outfit that she doesn't own then you should buy it for her and give it to her as a gift. Second hand clothing is not an avenue that I would pursue when it comes to gift giving.

I agree with Bostonguy.It's a gift and you gotta go new. Do NOT even think of second hand. With all the sales going, maybe you can get a good deal on a leather outfit on sale.  Good luck
