I finally got my first shill and it was removed !!! Does anyone know why or how that can happen?  

They are only allowed on Fridays on regional boards, and they must have a link to the lady's TER profile. I'm going to assume that the post you were talking about was on a regional board yesterday, which would satisfy the first two rules, but you said yourself it didn't have your link, so that is a valid reason for TER to remove the post. You are not supposed to add your own link in a reply. The shiller has to have the link in his post. By the way, you posting and adding your link would have turned it into an ad, which is not allowed. Just follow the rules and there should not be an issue.

Right, but the dude probably did not put her link up, and that's all she meant. He may have just shilled by using her name, and nothing more, then she responded still not adding her link.
