I finally got my first shill and it was removed !!! Does anyone know why or how that can happen?  

There was no link by my client .. He is not new to ter ... I did reply to it since he didnt have my link on it  

Was it something about that? Ugh

They are only allowed on Fridays on regional boards, and they must have a link to the lady's TER profile. I'm going to assume that the post you were talking about was on a regional board yesterday, which would satisfy the first two rules, but you said yourself it didn't have your link, so that is a valid reason for TER to remove the post. You are not supposed to add your own link in a reply. The shiller has to have the link in his post. By the way, you posting and adding your link would have turned it into an ad, which is not allowed. Just follow the rules and there should not be an issue.:)

Friday Shill Day:

- Shills from hobbyists, for their favorite provider of the week, are allowed on Fridays  
- Can only be started by a hobbyist  
- Must contain link to Provider's profile (this helps others find her)  
Exception:  if a new provider, (no TER reviews), the hobbyist can shill provided he submits a review within 72 hrs (Violators of this policy will lose their message posting privileges)  
- Should not be posted earlier than 1am (local time)  
- Comments are allowed from all, but should not be negative, start a new discussion or be ads from the provider

Right, but the dude probably did not put her link up, and that's all she meant. He may have just shilled by using her name, and nothing more, then she responded still not adding her link.
