and I'm certainly no expert not being a providers, but I have heard some things.
First, never book more than a few calls at a hotel in a day or you will bring attention down on you. In fact, to stay safe, don't stay at the same hotel more than two nights in a row; in fact some gals change hotels every night.
To keep hotel costs down, use Priceline. You can get rooms for half the normal price by bidding on them.
Check out the TER local board for the areas you are interested in. They often have good points for how to avoid LE in certain cities. For example, when in Chicago, avoid the airport hotels.
I would also suggest that you post this on the PO board if you qualify for there. You should get a lot more advice that way.
In general, providers should always network with each other and share information. That makes the hobby safer for everyone.
Best wishes on your upcoming trip.
(please excuse my alias but my ignorance is very embarassing....)
I've considered traveling a 4-6 hours away from my hometown to see a different place and to maybe meet a few clients.
What does a lady need to know?I am still relatively new to being a provider but I feel confident enough to branch out.
at the present time I mostly do incalls at my home where I feel secure.(less chance of LE sting) I never see "newbie" clients for outcalls.
Being in a different city, in a hotel brings more attention to my "Activities". I'm more scared of encountering LE in an unknown place. Are larger cities prone to LE problems?(Chicago, Kansas city,MO etc?)
How does a lady go about making a trip successful? In a nice city, a nice hotel room will cost a good deal...especially for a week. I am low-volume here in my own city. I don't see more than 2 gentlemen a day,and I average about 3-5 men a week. I don't want to escorting to be my only fun in the city!So how do I make sure the trip is worth the time moneywise? What are some extra precautions I need to take?(besides the usual screening) Any other information is appreciated!

Have you started to advertise your tour yet? You should go with some appointments and screening already in place.
Stay in an upscale, somewhat busy business hotel. Make sure it has interior hallways. Flush the condoms down the toilet and take the trash out yourself..
Make sure to use the two call system, do not give the room # out to anyone on the first call.
Open the room door standing behind it. Some ladies I've visited actually leave the door ever so slightly open. Ask the door gentleman NOT to knock loudly if you leave the door locked.
Bring an ipod or something for nice mood music. Turn the TV off when a client arrives. Make sure the room temp is nice and cool. A few candles will also set the mood.
Ask for extra towels after you check in. Be very nice to the housekeeping staff.
If the tour is not going well, and you're not busy cut your losses and go back home.
If the tour is going well, don't go shopping at the local mall and blow your earnings at VS, Bebe or any other store.
You might want to search the net for escort blogs. See if there are any discussions on touring.
Good luck, I'm not sure just how much experience you have as a provider, touring can be challenging certain cities are known among providers as being prone to client cancellations.
Make sure to use the Ask
where other providers go, not the actual hotel name of course. Downtown hotels can cause a parking problem for hobbyists whereas suburban and most airport area hotels generally offer plenty of free or at least inexpensive parking.
When checking into a hotel, be dressed in semi-disguise, meaning, a different hairstyle or hat/cap, casual clothes and not a nice business suit or cocktail dress. Priceline will get you a nicer hotel for a lower rate. Keeping your guestlist to at most 3 guys a day will keep the traffic low. Tip the maids for extra towels and sheets. If a guy is doing a dinner date, maybe meet him in the hotel bar, go to dinner, then back to your room rather than in/out of your room.
Good luck.
You can always post in advance on the regional board you wish to visit and ask for comments on the various areas to stay. If you're driving there, then that helps with some logistics issues.
Since you want to see the sights, I am sure that you could post something like a lottery to show you some things off the clock. If you offer it as off-the-clock time, I would be sure to research the things you'd like to see and make that part of the deal. The sightseeing and session do not necessarily have to happen at the same time.
That said, I think there are some potential issues (the usual that come with extended dates outside of the bedroom), so I am just making the above suggestion as a hint to be creative about garnering some interest and help you with what you're trying to do.
Finally, if you think of this as a paid vacation, you may not make as much with the additional hotel expense, but you get to visit the area. That should ameliorate any pain regarding (some of) the reduced income.
Good luck.
based on the questions you ask.
I would get access to the Provider Board and ask there. There are other girls there of similar experience, and you can learn much from the back-and-forth. Until you feel much more confident and prepared, I would leave touring to more veteran ladies.
(I've been 6 years in the biz, starting at age 40, and I didn't travel until well into my 2nd year. So I followed my own advice.)
best to you,
Tabu
