Ladies who list there can determine how many references they want before seeing someone, and you will only see the full listings for those ladies who accept the number you have (so, for example, if a provider requires two okays, you will not see her listing until you get those two okays).

Anyway, it really is not a big challenge, just look for newbie friendly providers, so listed, or you could even try making a post on your local board and ask for newbie friendly providers to PM you.
