all depends on how how you perceive it.  Personally, it's not something I worry about.  If it's hard to penetrate, it's tight.  If it's not hard to penetrate, it's  not tight.  It's all how you perceive it, I think.

So I would say this isn't an easy thing to define to begin with.  For want of a better way of saying it, if you are a monster downstairs, everyone is tight, if you're teeny then everything is loose.
