I imagine this has been covered a billion times, but I'm sure for us newbies it will only help to cover the topic again.
My friends initially contact me by computer. I hate to overwhelm them with a list of rules, but I have to verify them before anything can be arranged.
What's a good segue for that?
Any ideas from you ladies and gentlemen?

The more information you can give us in your ad/website will minimize what has to be divulged/discussed over the phone. I don't mind a list of rules because it helps me be more prepared when I meet the lady. Don't know if that helps or not but maybe it's a start.
