Click on the review tab above, then click on the submit a review tab, then the next screen will be guidelines for submitting a review, click on agree. Then you'll just need anywhere from 15 minutes to however long you want to take.  One caveat, if you're reviewing an escort who has no reviews, TER may not post the review for awhile. It has to do with the fact your new, she's new, and TER wants to make sure the review is not a fake.
