I like to tip. Is it better to tip before, or after?

Why do it before?  How do you know she will deserve it ahead of time?  Her fee is all inclusive, I doubt that tipping ahead of time will get upgraded service.  If you feel you got especially good service, then let her know afterwards if you want to tip her.  For many girls, the best tip is a return date.

If you're going to leave a tip regardless of service, then go ahead and leave it in the envelope with the rest of the cash. If she's classy, she'll show her appreciation the next time you see her. IMO, the worst are the guys who will practically wave their tip in front of her face, or who get pissy when they don't receive a big thank you communication after they leave (even though she's not doing so for the sake of discretion).

And always wait until after the session, to see/hope it is a great session. Waiving it in her face and or expecting reciprocation is just sad.

Have the tip in your pocket, and just before you give her a goodbye hug and kiss, reach in and grab the tip in your hand and secure it to your palm with a couple of fingers as you hug her.

As you draw away, run the hand with the tip down her arm until you grasp her hand and then transfer it to her hand.  She'll know exactly what is happening and will give you a big smile which you can then reciprocate and say a soft thank you.

Works well every time.

If you're going to leave her a tip, do it afterwards and be discrete about it.  I normally don't leave a tip if its the first time I've seen her.   If I've seen her previously and we had a great time together, I will bring her something that she might have identified on her website as a wish list item or something that she enjoys that she has previously mentioned.

The 'exchange' in and of itself is a very uncomfortable thing for me personally to begin with. To throw in a tip on top of it in a very discreet, last minute gesture, is deff the way to go. Mr. Fishers way is perfect. I've had a select few gentlemen do it without me even knowing until much later after the date ended lol. Was deff an exciting and surprising way to find out afterwards. But still, tips are absolutely never expected, only granted when the gentleman feels he wants to do so.

Tipping is for service workers who are both underpaid by an employer, and who also count on tips for income; or for those who work on tips alone.  

That's a WASP trademarked move, you can't just go 'round telling everybody!

I don't necessarily agree. My hair dresser charges me close to $300 each time I get a cut and color yet I still tip her.
