Re how many reviews, it depends. For a newbie, I'd say at least 10. For someone more experienced, it still depends. For example, is she an indy or with a reputable agency? I just saw a great gal last night who had no reviews but is with a top agency. Good enough for me, and she was terrific. I reviewed her and it was posted in less than 24 hours.
