Thanks for all the help.  I especially like the idea of pointing to web page and asking if the information is current as opposed to asking about donation directly

Following on the thread of rates not being posted, what is the proper protocol when posted rates are inconsistent?  She has one rate posted on her web site, maybe another in an ad, maybe another on p411 or other service.  I prefer not to discuss rates at all, but then do you just use the her highest posted rate?

...and determine if you meet the criteria. If not I would consider her web site as the authority on the subject. However ask by saying "I saw your ad on such and such site, is that information current?" This would be a good way to inquire if the lowest rate you found is the correct one. You wouldn't have to mention the other places you saw her info

If you contact her through P411 use that rate, if you saw a CURRENT ad, (not an old one on some obscure ad site) and it's better than her P411 mention the ad and use that if she's running a special. Her website should be accurate but special offers or P411 discounts may be the better rate. You don't automatically have to pay the highest rate you can find.

You look at one ad, it's one rate, you look at another, it's different.  Best thing is to confront her with what she really wants.  It sucks, but what else you gonna do??

Write her an email mention that you saw the donation on her website/ P411/ad (where ever it was the lowest) and ask if it is accurate.  I've done this a few times and the provider has always honored that rate (even tho some had mentioned that the rate was old and needed updating).

is you may find that a lower rate is a "Special" and the Special may be for lesser time or services.  Ads can be deceptive.  I would be prepared to pay the higher rate...  even if you go in expecting to pay the least.  I take a while & she announced during the session that it was a 20 min Special.  OI immediately requested to extend & the rate matched what I expected for the hour.  We had settled up behind closed doors...  but I neglected to ask & she did not volunteer.  the time.  Being a newbie, I did not know to ask.  Today, I would ask about time where rates are less than normal for my area.
All of this is without mentioning sex...
