is a new one.  I would suggest you use the 'contact us' button and ask admin how you should handle this.   That would probably be your best bet.

When you have the review form out, place all the ladies names in the box (i.e. Sally, Joan, Nancy, Laura and Pat). I had a 3 lady evening and this worked fine.  

Then there are at least 6 different spots where you can place the website address of the providers attending. Put a different website address in each area, so other hobbyists can research,

provider's ad website
provider's personal website
provider's ad website 2
provider's ad website 3
provider's ad website 4
blog website

Now of course the main body of the review (appearance, services, performance, etc.) is only going to reflect one provider. We understand. Just spell out any specifics in the body of the review.
If you have the websites listed above of the ladies attending and you couple that with any commentary in the reviews, then the hobbyist should have enough information to see if he wants to see one (or all) of the ladies.

And yes, make sure, in the general details so non-VIP's can see it, that you identify which provider the data on the profile belongs to, that is critical for the readers.
