Hello everyone. I'm fairly new here and still trying to figure out how this whole site works. I've been looking around to find out how to get the "See my TER Reviews" link under my screen name. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

All you need to do is use the "contact us" button at the top of the page, and ask them to link your posting handle to your provider id. The id number will be on your profile with your reviews. I would suggest you read the self help center (At the top of the page, under the life preserver). There is a lot of information for providers as well as hobbyists. This quote was taken directly from there:

"click on  "Contact Us"  in the upper right corner of the page and request to have your reviews linked to your user name. Please make sure to include your provider ID number or a direct link to your review profile in the message. Alternatively, if you cannot locate your profile ID number,  you can include the contact information that is listed in your TER review profile, such as your phone number, email address, or website."

...at the bottom of the page. I think TER classic has it at the upper right. There is a contact customer support link on the upper right in the box above the Self-Help Center link. Don't know if that's the same. But where ever the "contact us" link is perfectstorm  is correct about the process.

The "contact us" link IS at the bottom of the page. But as you mentioned, at the top right of the page, right next to the life preserver, center there is a "click 'here' to contact customer support" button. It used to be to contact the moderator, but now if goes to the same place as "contact us." So either link should work for her purposes, but I should have been more clear. Since I did use the phrase, "contact us," she may have been searching the top of the page for that. Thanks

I have used both methods to contact admin. The same screen pops up, and the message goes to the same place. When we still had moderators, the link on the top would take you directly to a PM screen to the board moderator. But since they dumped the mods, there is no difference between "contact us" at the bottom and click "here" at the top. But thanks for bringing it up.
