I want to publicly thank the posters who have been posting answers to many of the newbie posts.  I'm not mentioning names because I would probly forget someone, but I really do appreciate your posts of information to our newb members that I don't get to yet.  Your info is usually spot-on, and I'm sure, most appreciated by the newbies.

I do try to answer them, but as you prob know, I'm not always able to answer before you guys are, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your help.  You are getting just as rich as I am by doing this........LOL

Feel free to let me know if there is anything you think I can do to improve my job as moderator.  I'm always open to constructive criticism.

particpates to the best of their ability.  You should be our backup and nudge us back on course when we start heading out into left field.

(and maybe spank us if we get too unfriendly)

Going to disagree with SPhinx on this one, in one respect.  If I screw up, would much rather have a hottie provider spank me; no offense Swim but I don't want you touching my ass.  Now, back to your regularly scheduled program.
