I just submitted my first review and I screwed it up (it's not entirely accurate....being the idiot I am, I  screwed up some of the slang).  How can I correct this?

All the acronyms, people can't keep them straight!
I know your question is serious. But it's just funny because I was talking to a client about it the other night.

Go to account manager and click on my reviews. If the review has not been accepted and posted (in which case it will say edit instead of view), simply click on " edit" and then change anything in your review. You can then re-submit.

I know of another board that gives you 24 hours to edit any review posted.

I just read it, what's the problem. Nothing looked out of line to me.  BTW, congratulations, after all the questions you finally got off the schneid.

Maybe it's all for naught.  I always thought "French" was fking between breasts.  But I've since been looking around and am wondering if that means oral.

I know I did specifically mention she is not BBBJ, but I don't want to confuse people.

Plan to graduate to FS next time around.  Wasn't nearly as nervous as I thought I would be and was pissed at myself for waiting so long.  LOL

French is oral. "Russian" is tit fucking. You can always check out the list of acronyms and definitions in the "self help manual" here, or in the urbandictionary.

For future reference, if you ever do want to edit a review, you have the ability to edit it, between the time it is submitted and until it is posted. Posting time takes anywhere from a few hours to three days or so. During that time the edit function is available. Once it is posted, you can only edit it if there is something important that you need to change. You have to contact admin and ask them to let you edit it, and tell them why. If they agree that it is important, they will turn on the edit button for you and give you a small window to edit the review.

Another thing you should do is write the details of the review on a text document, and proofread it a few times, then copy and paste it into the review form before submitting. This will make it a little less likely to post glaring errors, and also gives you more time to write the review, and not lose it as you are trying to submit it, (due to time-outs or browser issues) as has happened to some people.

Yes TER allows you to edit reviews also. It is not a 24 hour period though. The edit option is availabe from the time that the review is submitted until they actually approve it and post it. This can be anywhere from an hour to three days.

Yup, I screwed that up.  The review was posted and I contacted admin.  I just checked again and now the review is gone.  I'll wait and see if I hear back.

What is ironic is we were talking about TER and reviews and she was pretty upset that someone said he got BBBJ from her and now people always ask (she didn't even know what THAT meant, by the way).  Anyway, the last thing I want to do is reinforce that falsehood.  I even told her I would specifically mention she was not a BBBJ provider.  LOL  I'll just keep my eye on it and wait to hear from admin. I guess.

But it might be "gone" so that you can edit it.
Check your reviews under "my ter" Since you already contacted them, they may have put it up for you to edit. If so it will show up again in your reviews as "unapproved" and the edit button will be active. If so you can edit and resubmit.

Submit a problem report on the review and tell Admin you made some mistakes.  I did that last week, and they made it possible for me to edit the review after it had been posted.  Just explain what happened, and they will prob let you do same as me.

Remember, for future reference, you can always edit a review before it's approved, no problem.  This is a good reason to write the details in a WP file and copy it into the review form.

I actually sent a note to admin. and they pulled it down so I could make changes.  I suppose a problem report would do the same thing.  Either way, it's fixed and good to go.  Thanks!

And I did write it up in a Word file and cut and paste (per the advice many have given).
