How do I get to have a TER#? I opened an account and not sure what to to do

Yours is actually one of the most common questions on this board by newbie providers.  
The answer is that you don’t get a TER number when you sign up.  You need to have a TER review in order to get a profile (your profile will have your number.) Your first reviewer sets the profile.  Read the Self Help Center at the top of the page, especially the info for providers, then come back here to the newbie board and ask questions.
