What type of employment verification appripriate?

I have researched this extensively but have not found an answer that I am comfortable with: when girls ask for employment verification, what type of verification are you comfortable witht? I have zero "references" (only had sugar baby type of friendships before) and am looking for something simple, no-strings for my upcoming business trip. I emailed several girls on slixa and they all require employment info and ID at visit. I am very hesitant. I proposed meeting for coffee, they all declined. Is there a way around employment info? Where can I find legit girls who don't ask too many questions? Thanks all.

Sorry, if you want a better class provider you will need to jump through their hoops.

Employment verification is usually just a call to a business central phone number/ receptionist and them asking for you so they can confirm some fictitious appointment. You can do this multiple times for each provider or once through a service (P411/datacheck).

Why no to coffee?

Thank you. But I'm curious: was does employment info do that a quick coffee meet and greet can't accomplish? My buddy met girls on Craigslist in NY and they were fine with that. I get it that some higher class girls verify things, but why is coffee not good enough?

The lady's concerns are twofold, one is not to get arrested the other is to not get killed

Sharing a cup of coffee doesn't accomplish either. A cop could easily meet a girl for coffee, get her to incriminate herself and arrest her without ever leaving the restaurant, and some axe murderers have been known to be quite charming, just because you are nice in public, doesn't mean you won't do her harm BCD.

Most of the women want either for someone to vouch for you, preferably someone you have been naked with and that you neither killed or arrested. and "some" women will see you even if you have no references, but if you are an unknown they at least want to know where their family can send the police if they turn up beaten, robbed or dead.

Yes, I say this slightly tongue in cheek, but the risk for the women is real. Now that doesn't discount the risk to you if you choose to give your personal information that could possibly be used to blackmail you or totally ruin your life if you are cheating on your spouse or have a morals clause in your employment contract

You should ONLY give out information that YOU feel comfortable giving, but I do want you to see the other side of the equation. One of the more popular solutions is to sign up for a screening service like P 411, and then look for women on that site who are "newbie friendly" once you get a few girls who will vouch for you, it will get easier and easier to book dates.

Thank you all for the analysis. That answers my question. I guess I'll bite the bullet and give my info to one girl that I am sure about. I just need to muster the courage.

You've come to the right place; listen to the advice

Jim, you really need to get over this. The provider sets the rules for how the screen their clients. Period. Case closed.  

Now, you can do searches for Newbie friendly who may offer alternative processes for screening. I suspect someone has already pointed out services such as P411 RS2k (?) or DateCheck.

If you are not able to find any providers that will offer a process you find acceptable that allows them to decide they would feel safe seeing you then you probably need to seek other outlets.

The other thing that jumps out at me is your mention of setting up something for your upcoming business trip. I would think providers might be a bit more careful with someone from out of town without any history. So yeah, they probably want to be sure you're someone that's not an axe murderer or serial killer (is that redundant?). Maybe look into getting in to the hobby locally -- though you'll still probably need to provide something that will clearly id you in some way.  

Personally I think the risk of giving out your employment info is pretty low -- unless you do something really stupid to really, really piss the woman off they simply don't have any incentive to screw with you.

You missed the easy solution in GaG's post above. Join P411, RS2000, or . . .

Date Check (all very reputable verification services) and you will be able to see more than one lady without the first lady having to give you a reference.

Yes, a lady's safety is paramount. If you don't want to give the lady the information she asks, move on to someone else.

There's many ways to

screen employment.. but that's up to the lady how she proceed with her screening. Contact the lady you want to meet and ask what type of method she use.

Thank you. I'm really trying, but I keep hesitating due to nerves. Narrowed down my choices and will probably give out my info to my top choice. She refuses to accept my ex sugar baby personal reference, and only accepts references from "established references." Maybe today I'll bite the bullet and give my info. I'll report back to everyone, thanks for everyone's advice.

The screening websites I am apprensive about. I want to try one girl first and maybe sign up for it if I do this regularly. But I am nervous about having my name in a database.

I still remember my first attempts ...

and the hesitation and fears about giving out employment info (phone number for the office I worked at). Never heard anything at work about someone asking about me and the verification site gave me the okay within a day I think. Think it took me two to three weeks to actually make the decision and apply.

Oh, the good old days when it was all cloak and dagger feeling -- and I probably stood out like a soar thumb while trying to blend in!

While you should never get complacent or let your guard down putting you and others at risk, common sense goes a long way; the people you're going to meet for the most part are not interested in anything other than making their fee and providing (and having) an enjoyable time. The last thing they will be thinking about is trying to blackmail you (major felony) rather then just trying to get you to keep repeating.

I got verified

Hi everyone, I wanted to give you an update. I gave the girl my company info and she called me to voice verify using our agreed upon script, a short and clever call. Looks like I'm all set for my upcoming trip. The verification process wasn't bad at all since nothing in the phone conversation was direct. Thanks for your supprt!

Name & phone # is usually enough. I have, however, asked for employment verification when they did not want to provide a number- usually a pic of them holding their paystub, amount covered if that makes 'em comfortable.
I've said it before and I'll say it again-
Any girl worth her salt will be able to verify you backwards and forwards w/this info.
Either way, never go into specific session detail, regardless of who it is.
