Sometimes texting is better

Regardless of how some may feel about it texting has become a very common form of communication in the hobby.  The last couple of new girls that I have seen have both done the majority of their communicating with me via text.

Texting, in and of itself, is not something to be suspicious of.

I'm somewhat new to TER and things.  I have been trying to get a hold of a new provider in my area.  I call her and leave a voice message and she responds with a text message...she never answers the phone and I leave messages and she always text messages back...could this law enforcement on the other end?

Not sure if its law enforcement, but a provider who can't even take a few minutes to call you back is not worth it. Does she have reviews?

Are you always calling at a certain time of day? Could be that if you've tried several times to call, at say 2:30, she may be at her other job, or w/kids and cannot talk on the phone. Also, there have been times, when someone called me, left a voice mail, but not a specific time to call back, so I'll just send a quick text instead of calling back. But if you're calling, and leaving a detailed message, during different times/days, then not sure what her problem is... low on minutes perhaps, lol?

if I have never spoken to a client and his voicemail was vague I text back,I also don't call back unless they say it "ok to call me anytime" or unless I reconize them. Texts cost me .10/minute on my phone. Talking costs 1/1min. So uness you are calling me to get my incall address as we've already discussed in e-mail then I don't answer nor call back.

If she lists a phone number(I don't) it is kind of fishy she only texts. But likewise she could be low on minutes and this is easier.(let's face it, most people these days would text in a 911 call if they could...)Also she could be seeing if you are serious and if she can confirm you. As said before, texting is cheaper than talking on a prepaid phone!

I wouldn't count her out just yet. Tell her in a text if there is a way to speak to her because you feel more comfortable talking on the phone. If she declines and you are uncomfortable then move on. "plenty of fish in the sea"

I have successfully hooked with very well ladies , just by texting- No emails/voice at all.
Texting - Its instantaneous without disturbing the mood of the provider. If she up to the mood, she engages . Other wise I move on .

With google text - It's an easy database with whom I interacted when.

I don't text at all.  Ever.  But I do prefer to start the booking process via e-mail even if I've already seen the gal in question and have her phone #.  Cell phone voice-mailboxes are often full.  I prefer to use my phone only to get the final two calls.

And I've even arranged dates with text and no cell ph. calls. Bottom, line it's what the provider prefers.

but I have one client who ONLY texts me. I've asked him to call, but he normally won't. Meh... I put up with it from him because we have fun together, but it's annoying. "Smile & nod, Jolene... Smile & nod."

Amen to that. Phone calls make a ring sound, text messages are much quieter, and thus easier to miss.

Sometimes texting is better.  Especially with providers whose first language is not English.  Getting the incall location is a lot more accurate via text than via voice if she has a really thick accent.
