Believe me, female agencies can be just as sketchy as the ones you are describing. Females can be just as greedy, and while they won't pressure you for favors, they may pressure you to do unsafe things or unpleasant things to make more money - or see more clients than you want to see. They may pressure you to offer things like golden showers, anal, sex w/o a condom, or even scat, because they have clients that will pay extra for that. Even a good agency will care more about the bottom line, when it comes right down to it...each appointment scheduled for you is money in their pocket...doesn't matter if the client is rough, dirty, not screened (and possibly law enforcement), etc. Or if you have seen 10 guys that day, have driven all over the county, and are hungry, tired, and sore.  Get 'em in, get 'em out, get the $$.  

You could say to look an agency up on this review site...see their board posts, look at reviews of the girls to see if they are positive. However, it won't tell you anything about the environment the girls are working in, or the pressures put upon them. It also won't always give you an honest account of what the girls are actually doing.

The only one who will have your interests at heart is YOU...there are a very few decent agencies out there, but they are not the norm...in this business, it is wiser to rely upon yourself. Good luck.

for providers, what has your experience with so-called agencies been?  for hobbyists, do you have a strong preference for either agency or independent girls?

a more specific question: i understand that many review sites allow reviews of agencies, allowing us to warn people of agencies that aren't what they advertise.  however, is there any way to "review" or "report" agencies to the community, if these agencies do not advertise as agencies?  for example, the agency that i became aware of in the last month doesn't call itself an agency - it's girls are advertised as independent, but all phone calls go to the man who runs the agency, and he schedules all the girls.  i had a terrible experience with this "agency" very recently.  the agent is not professional and exerts extremely pimplike pressure on girls.  i have always felt very safe around clients, and for the most part met real gentleman!  the only man i have ever felt endangered by was this "agent." i know he also misrepresents girls to clients - claiming they are independent when they are not, claiming they keep all their money which they do not, and claiming his girls are "safe", which they are somewhat, except that he exerts pressure to engage in unsafe behavior with him. it would be nice if this agency was listed as an agency, so the other side of the story could be told a bit, as a warning to girls and clients as to what they may be getting themselves into.  but as that isn't the case, i guess i don't have a way to review it?  just want to know if that is accurate, or if some alternative i'm unaware of has been created?

also, what have providers experience with supposedly women run agencies been like?  i find it hard not to be independent, because i have had such overwhelmingly terrible experiences with the couple of male run agencies i have tried, and a lot of ones i have interviewed with seem similarly "not an agency" and yet run by a man so i am a bit skeptical.  but i am wondering if these women run agencies may be better? in terms of the untoward and unprofessional pressure that can be applied to women.  because i have sometimes loved the clients that i met through agencies, and would enjoy support if it were really truly "professional."
