If I take a shower at the provider's place (before action), does my reserved time starts from the moment I am ready and clean?, or from the moment I arrived at the incall location (prior to taking the shower)?
Personally i start the clock at the knock or opening of the door. Which when I am going to an incall is always exactly at the previously agreed upon time. And for an outcall when the beautiful lady knocks on my door, since I have had a few ladies that were "running late". I have never discussed this with a lovely lady, it always seems to be mutually known.
The clock starts at the time you agreed upon. If you were supposed to arrive at 1 pm, then the clock starts at 1 pm.
Which would you prefer though: 60 minutes of fun but she won't come anywhere near your sweaty balls, and opts for a cover, versus 57 minutes of fun and she knows you are nice and fresh so no suspicious body areas are off limits?
Most ladies aren't running a stop watch. The fun ends when the fun ends, and if that means an extra couple of minutes at the end of the hour, its generally not a big deal. Sure, its annoying when a guy tries to stay for two hours on a one hour date, but a few minutes generally isn't a big deal. So no worries about the time you took to shower shortening your enjoyment. It is more than worth the time investment.

It is rare that I am running late myself. I usually try to be ready at least 5-10 early just in case the gent shows up a few minutes early. It does happen every once in a while though, that I'm still putting the finishing touches on my hair or make-up at the appointed time. In which case you are correct, time doesn't start until the fun starts.
