All reviews are a work of fiction.  Writing about having sex is not against the law.

I mean wouldn't they be trying to get something done with the info around these boards?  Maybe we need better identifications for the members?

Anything on this site can and will potentially be leaked.

If you think otherwise, you are naive and/or a fool.

they only have so much money to work with, and we are small potatoes.  They want to  catch a lot of us with very little money output, otherwise not cost effective.

If you're that worried, find another hobby, this one ain't for you.

Street prostitution seems to be the number one priority of LE.  It is easy to do a sting of working girls and their customers.
It's a quality of life for the community and a visible problem.

Secondly, the public ad boards can also be a focus.

would take a large investment in time and money, and LE gets much more bang for the buck by putting a fake ad on BP, and luring the non-TER types to the nearest Motel 6, and busting a dozen a day.  They get props for all the busts and it only cost them a few thousand.

On the other hand, one would be naive to think that LE doesn't monitor TER to some extent so, to that end, be very careful what you post on here in terms of specifics about any non-legal activity, and that means no mention of specific hotels or addresses, or specific times and places, etc.

No sense in tempting them, if you know what I mean.

lol yeah man I didn't know they would spend a lot on money on busting guys.  Never understood why this would be illegal though; makes perfect sense

The purported claim that "all reviews are a work of fiction" holds no more merit than the disclaimer that "money exchanged is for time only".  One can make that argument, but a judge or jury will probably dismiss said argument.

If one takes solace that the TER servers are in another country, take a look at the login page that explicitly references speech contained on website is protected by the First Amendment and that all content is protected by US copyright law.  The law is a two-way street folks and if they can reach out to you the converse holds.

Banging a whore is a misdemeanor and if you post about it you are unlikely to have law enforcement take the time to unmask you.  Unless the whore you fucked or her agency gets caught up in something bigger.  That said if you have something to lose you should exercise discretion.  The whore trade rubs close shoulders with associates of other nefarious trades and at times overlaps - Federal prosecutors can do a lot of discovery work with your taxpayer dollars.

If you're worried then don't access TER from an IP address that can be linked to you.  One can utilize multiple programs to anonymize oneself.
Purchase a disposable phone with cash and do not turn it on when you are at home. Do not store phone at your home, and when stored leave battery out, and ideally place phone in a Faraday-type bag.  Store phone in safety deposit box, or keep phone anywhere else other than your home or car.  If married consider getting a storage facility locker and in addition to your old clutter store the phone and a clean set of clothes - stop by storage to change and swap phones, then stop by again on way home.

If you have a lot to lose or are nervous don't put your faith in silly disclaimers - spend the 2 hours of time in prep work before you start with this stuff and then the extra 10 minutes before and after each girl you meet to secure your situation.
