I've found it useful to state your name & TER number & a link to your ad with both your stage name & the new phone number.  This wraps it all up with a pretty bow & gives the info they might otherwise have to get back to you to confirm.

I do it all the time to update my own information. TER is great at updating your profile.

A provider acquaintance has been trying to get her profile updated for several WEEKS!!!  She had taken a 2 year hiatus and upon return her profile info is considerably changed.   But efforts by her, with a little help from her friend, to get her info updated via problem reports and direct email to "support" have resulted in no action.    Very disappointing!

Stay positive.  Some mods are rude & others are really here to help.  Try several different times of the day to make sure your not asking the same rude mod over & over again.  Persistence pays off believe me I know.
