I'm a shy guy in general so I'm really anxious and self-conscious when meeting new people. Do any providers meet a lot of shy guys? How do you deal with them? or are there any fellow hobbyists who are like me?

I haven't yet met up with a provider, but I'm afraid how awkward I might be with one. It usually takes time for me to get comfortable with someone I don't know. Are most providers fine with meeting shy clients? Or should I let them know beforehand that I'm a shy, nervous guy =/

that most of her clients were a little socially awkward. I'm sure it's pretty normal. Just let the provider know it's your first time. Pretty much anyone will be nervous the first time.

I can be pretty shy and awkward around new people.

I have been doing this for about 9 years now and I still get nervous sometimes, but I have found that I usually relax within the first few minutes.

Don't torture yourself by overthinking all of this. If you are going to do it, jut do it.

I too am a shy guy.  I'm not good at initiating things.  I tend to rely on the provide to lead the session.  So far, not good results, but I'll keep trying.  Just posted a thread about it at the Erotic Highway section of the board.

I wouldn't waste my time with FBSM providers if you want more. A GFE provider will take initiative and will get things going. A typical sequence of events is that you start off talking a bit, then start kissing, she moves on to a BBBJ, then she jumps on top for some CG (unless she asks you your favorite position first). You typically don't have to take the initiative for any of this. I'm not great at taking initiative either, but typically you don't have to unless you want to DATY, 69, or something like that.

Does this sound more like what you are looking for? You don't have to do the Kama Sutra on the first visit. If you start off easy you can come back later and do more stuff when you feel more comfortable with the provider.

Most clients are shy when meeting their chosen provider for the first time.  It's more common than you might think.  As far as being socially awkward in this situation....just be yourself.  Your provider will probably think it's cute and take over.  I agree many GFE providers you will come across will take the initiative to make sure she fullfills your fantacy as expected.  Try to loosen up and relax before your scheduled time, let her lead, and enjoy the ride.

Check the reviews and go with a more experienced provider that sounds like she is capable of taking the lead. Let her know you're new and nervous, and that you like her to show you what she's capable of

There are A LOT of shy hobbyists out there! Theres nothing wrong with it. The first time meeting anyone for the first time is always a little nerve wrecking. Dont worry about it tho. I think most of us girls arent shy so we should be able to just take the lead and show you a good time. After the initial greeting and getting into the bedroom not much talking is needed anyway! so dont worry about it. Its not uncommon. I get very shy in certain situations. We all know the feeling. Just enjoy yourself as much as you can.
