I'm certainly not a newbia as I've been in the hobby for a few years, but I never understood what "xoxo" stands for as I've seen many ads and posts from providers with it above their names.  Can anyone explain?

True that it is a code Lex, but you have received bad information. Being a self taught expert in cypher and code breaking I have deciphered this code to mean:

"I want that well hung Lex guy...but keep that "WebT" freak as far from me as possible."

I think you need to find new sources of code breaking Lex.
